Project Management Officer
Job Summary:
- Liaise with government and private agencies and departments within the organization
- Managed customer’s needs
- Plan to Allocate expenses for organizing training events, seminars, contests, meetings, and events both online and offline.
- Conduct training Prepared equipment and venues for seminars, contests, meetings, and events both online and offline. as well as follow up and report the results
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any of the fields of Bachelor of Business Administration or related field
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office: MS word, MS Excel, Ms PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Service-minded and strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Experience in a Production Coordinator in an Event/Organizer is an advantage.
International Trademark Coordinator
Job Summary:
- Assisting the team on international trademark filings and registrations
- Communicating with clients and foreign associates
- Proving advice to the clients on international trademark issues
- Managing due dates and trademark records
- Conducting trademark searches, and reports relating to objections and/or refusals
- Participating in assigned research projects and other tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related field
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office: MS word, MS Excel, Ms PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Service-minded and strong problem-solving skills

Patent Scientist / Patent Engineer
Job Summary :
- Intellectual Property Consulting, especially with regards to the protection of creative works, brands, and innovation with intellectual properties, including acting as a litigation attorney or expert witness for IP and related areas of law.
- Innovation Design & Development Consulting, especially with regards to the commercialization and promotion of innovation and intellectual properties, including technology transfer.
- Acting as patent agent for drafting, filing, translating, prosecuting of patents related to engineering and technology
- Acting as Patent agents for handling filing and registration tasks.
Qualifications:
- New graduates are welcome
- Male / Female
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronic, mechanical (Engineer or Scientists)
- Experienced in IP management, searched patent databases, previously drafted patent applications, petty patents with all relevant documents will be an advantage.
- Has special interest in the field of Intellectual Property
- Excellent English Skills & Ability

International Business Developer (Chinese Speaking)
Job Summary:
- Business development, sales and after-sale coordination, partnership networking, and project management for our consulting cases with Chinese clients in Chinese and English, especially related to our intellectual property law and innovation consulting services
- Planning and marketing company’s services through various online and offline channels such as Chinese-Thai cooperatives and agencies, as well as online channels such as wechat baidu, etc.
- Chinese English-Thai translation for company’s PR materials and documents
- Representing company in international business development and facilitating our team during trips in China and Chinese-speaking countries
- Business communications and recommendations to Chinese clients
Qualifications:
- At least 1 years of experience in international business development
- Highly proficient in Vietnamese Language (preferably B1 to native level)
- Vietnamese citizen or Thai citizen
- Has special interest in the field of international business development and marketing- Has interest in learning other areas of company’s services such as intellectual property law, brand design and innovation development
- Good English Proficiency

Trademark Coordinator
Job Summary :
- Support lawyers and coordinate with clients for Trademark registration activities in Thailand
- Effectively complete necessary process for the registration including coordination with client for instruction and required documents and information; preparation of documents, correspondence, and reports relating to trademark registration i.e., Power of Attorney, quotation, search report, filing report, publication report, report on issuance of registration certificate, report on office action, status, timeline reminder, and settling overdue invoice
- Follow through to ensure the completion of trademark registration process i.e., follow up with associates for developments of work, updating the new trademark system, recording all cases deadlines and renewal due dates, closing disengaged files, and coordinating with other internal parties
- Maintain clients’ records/ information in our database for further reference
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related field
- Able to communicate well in both English and Thai (verbal and written)
- Good command of MS Office and the Internet Explorer
- Have strong communication skills, and an ability to work effectively as a member of a team
- Service-minded, able to multitask and good interpersonal skills
- Be highly efficient, self-disciplined, committed to providing superior client service and an ability to work under pressure while paying close attention to work quality.
- Previous work experience in a law firm, particularly in the trademark registration area, is an advantage

Market Research Analyst
Job Summary :
The Market Research Analyst will research, compile, and analyze information on industry, innovation, and technology trends, providing insights into potential new markets, sales opportunities, and the most effective methods of marketing and branding for the clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identifies and defines the objective of an assigned marketing research project; determines the best methods to use to meet those objectives
- Drafts questionnaires, polls, surveys, and other data collection resources
- Analysis of the industry, innovation, market, and consumer trends
- Forecasts and tracks industry marketing and sales trends based on collected data
- Proactively share and present market research reports and data analysis throughout the organization
- Advise management on new innovations in market research, and create new ways to meet the needs of a changing marketplace
Qualifications:
- At least a bachelor’s degree in any of the fields of Bachelor of Business Administration (Marketing, Finance, Technology Management), Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Engineering, and Bachelor of Social Sciences (Psychology, Sociology).
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing research, analysis of the industry, innovation, market, and consumer trends
- Has interest in learning other areas of company’s services such innovation and IP consulting
- Has good communication skill, good command of Thai and English in both writing and speaking
- Flexible, open-minded and willing to take on new challenges
